Bug Description

After we received our azure data box we were planning on using azure storage explorer to create the containers on the storage account. We installed the included data box certificate cer file to the system and were able to connect via veeam. However azure storage explorer could not find the certificate even after manually adding it and restarting. We ended up launching azure storage explorer with the --ignore-certificate-errors flag which resolved that issue.
However, after again trying to connect we received the following error: The value for one of the HTTP headers is not in the correct format. The Microsoft docs state that The installed version of the Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer is not supported by Data Box. See Azure Data Box Blob storage requirements for supported versions.
However, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/databox/data-box-system-requirements-rest#azure-data-box-30-onwards does not list compatible versions of azure storage explorer.
Given the last API version is from Version 2019-02-02 we downloaded azure storage explorer V1.7.0 which did work.

Expected Experience

Azure Storage Explorer should just connect or at least list versions that are compatible with Azure Data Box.

Additional Context

As we have already returned our Azure Data Box, we will not be able to test any fixes. But ideally, we should not have to waste an hour trying to get Azure Storage Explorer to connect to the Azure Data Box again in the future.

Start with the Azure Data Box REST requirements linked in the issue and the Storage Explorer connection flow, using version 1.7.0 as the known working comparison. Reproduce the certificate and HTTP-header failures with an available Data Box; done means a supported current version connects, or the documentation lists compatible Storage Explorer versions.
