Bug Description

When launching Storage Explorer with the --remove-update-group=CTI flag and clicking Open on the update notification, Storage Explorer does not close as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the Storage Explorer .tar package and extract it.
  2. Navigate to the extracted folder.
  3. Run ./StorageExplorer --remove-update-group=CTI to launch Storage Explorer.
  4. When the update notification appears, click Open.
  5. Check whether Storage Explorer disappears and a file explorer window opens showing the downloaded update.
