Bug Description
When launching Storage Explorer with the --remove-update-group=CTI flag and clicking Open on the update notification, Storage Explorer does not close as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
- Download the Storage Explorer .tar package and extract it.
- Navigate to the extracted folder.
- Run ./StorageExplorer --remove-update-group=CTI to launch Storage Explorer.
- When the update notification appears, click Open.
- Check whether Storage Explorer disappears and a file explorer window opens showing the downloaded update.
