Bug Description

When attaching a blob container using a direct link (without assigning any RBAC role), no authentication prompt appears.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Expand one storage account -> Blob Containers.
2. Select a blob container, right-click it, and choose Copy Direct Link to Blob Container.
3. Go to File -> Open Direct Link, paste the copied link, and click Open.
4. Click Attach Container.
5. Select a storage account and click Next to complete the process.
6. Check whether there is an authentication error prompt.

Actual Experience

There is no authentication error prompt.

Start with the Open Direct Link and Attach Container flow described in the reproduction steps, then compare it with the Connect dialog path where authentication works. Confirm the behavior using a direct blob container link and a storage account without an assigned RBAC role; done means an authentication error prompt appears during attachment.
