Bug Description

It would be better to add a 'Pin to Quick Access' action for a secondary blob container, since this action is already available for blob folders within secondary containers.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch storage explorer.
  2. Expand one storage account -> Blob Containers.
  3. Right click one blob container -> Click 'Open Secondary Location'.
  4. Right click the secondary blob container -> Observe the context menu.
  5. Check whether there is a 'Pin to Quick Access' action.
Actual Experience

There is no 'Pin to Quick Access' action.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue by opening a secondary blob container and inspecting its context menu, then compare it with the menu for blob folders in that container. The work is complete when the secondary blob container also offers a “Pin to Quick Access” action and the action behaves consistently with the existing folder action.
