Alias/Description for Storage Accounts

Problem

Sometimes storage accounts names aren't very human readable, or were a good name at the time but no longer are and are hard to change, for a variety reasons. This can make it hard for people to find the right account, especially in some systems with many accounts.

Desired Solution

It would be cool if Storage Explorer had a way of applying an alias to be used in place of the account in the list, or a description/alias to go beside the actual name. This would make it easier for people to find. In my case I wouldn't mind if these were just stored locally on my machine and weren't shared, but bonus points if there is a way of making this work across a subscruiption/team.
