Bug Description
No full message is displayed when hovering over the ellipsis ("...") in the status bar of the file larger than 10MB preview panel.
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Storage Explorer -> Do not maximize the window.
- Expand one storage account -> Blob Containers.
- Create a blob container -> Upload a text file larger than 10MB -> Preview the file.
- Hover over the ellipsis in the status bar.
- Check whether a full message is displayed.
Actual Experience
No full message is displayed.
Expected Experience
A full message is displayed.
Additional Context
This issue also reproduces in the 'Manage Access Control Lists...' dialog for one ADLS Gen2 blob container with a long name.
