Bug Description

No scrollbar appears in 'Show View Options' panel after horizontal resizing the blob explorer.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch Storage Explorer.
  2. Expand one storage account -> Blob Containers.
  3. Create a blob container -> Horizontal resize the blob explorer.
  4. Click the 'Show Views Options'.
  5. Check whether a scrollbar appears in the 'Show Views Options' panel.
Actual Experience

No scrollbar appears in 'Show Views Options' panel.
