Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Storage Explorer -> Open 'Settings' -> 'Application -> Regional Settings'.
- Select '中文（简体）' -> Restart Storage Explorer.
- Expand 'Application Configurations' node -> Select one app configuration.
- Observe its properties panel.
- Check whether all properties are localized.
Expected Experience
All properties are localized.
Actual Experience
The property 'ResourceType' is not localized.
