All UI elements are blurry when using fractional scaling of 150%.
Steps to Reproduce
Launch Storage Explorer.
Observe entire UI blurry.
Actual Experience
UI is blurry.

From what I understand this is due to the app running under XWayland instead of being a native Wayland app.
