Research direction
No source file or test is named. Reproduce the split blob-container tab scenario on the listed platforms, especially after switching to ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, and trace the sidebar panel selected when a split tab closes. Done means closing either split tab leaves the EXPLORER panel closed and does not navigate from ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.
