Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Create a storage container
  2. Open Storage Explorer and navigate to the container
  3. Delete the storage container (from the portal for example)
Expected Experience:

Any attempt to work with the container in Storage Explorer results in an error, and the container is removed from the left pane

Actual Experience:

There is a UI error, but the container is still shown in the left pane as-is it exists
