Environment Details:

Pre-requisite:
Go to system setting ->display->scale->text size>200% and apply it.
Alternatively:
Go to system setting ->display->scale->custom scaling 200->sign out and sign in again.
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Storage Explorer
- Tab to "Open Connect dialog" pane and Sign in to Azure.
- Tab to "Manage Accounts" pane and Select the subscriptions you will use. Once selected, press ENTER on "Apply" button.
- Tab to "Blob Containers" of the selected subscription, right click and hit enter on "Create Blob container" to Create a new Blob container.
- Once completed, tab to "Upload" button and hit enter on "Upload Folder" control.
- Observe that On applying resize resolution upload pop up is completely visible to the user or not

On Applying resize resolution upload pop up is not completely visible.
Expected Experience
On Applying resize resolution upload pop up should be completely visible.
Additional Context
User Impact:
Low vision users who use resize for better visibility will miss the information present in upload pop up and not able to view the data present in upload pop up.
