Preflight Checklist
- I have installed the latest version of Storage Explorer.
- I have checked existing resources, including the troubleshooting guide and the release notes.

Problem
I'm unable to preview Parquet files created with delta encoded numbers. When trying to preview such a file, I get the error message "invalid encoding: DELTA_BINARY_PACKED".
Desired Solution

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Parquet preview failure with a file containing delta-encoded numbers and confirm the DELTA_BINARY_PACKED error. Trace the Parquet preview decoding path used by Storage Explorer and verify that previewing files with delta encoding succeeds without regressing existing Parquet previews.
