Description

Preflight Checklist
Problem

When I open Storage Explorer or Update version, it resets all of the tabs I have open. I work in various projects which have scripts that output to different known locations. I keep tabs open for each of these locations to easily verify operation

Desired Solution

I would like to be able to save the current set of tabs I have open as a "view" with name. For example I can save a "Project A" set of tabs and each time I open explorer or update these tab will be restored

Alternatives and Workarounds

Alternative is to manually reopen these tabs each time they are closed

Research direction

Start by tracing how open tabs are reset when Storage Explorer starts or updates, then identify where tab state could be stored and restored. The work is done when users can save a named set of tabs, reopen it after startup or an update, and retain the locations in that view.
