Steps to Reproduce

Expand one storage account -> Blob Containers.

Create a blob container -> Click 'New Folder'.

Type '/' into the 'Name' field > Click 'OK'.

Upload two files to the folder. (The address bar as below)

Open 'View Options' panel -> Set the list mode to 'Flat'.

Select the two blobs -> Click 'Download'.

Select a folder to download.

Check whether displays '2 items transferred' in the activity log.
Expected Experience
Display '2 items transferred'.

Actual Experience
Display '0 items transferred'.
