Steps to Reproduce:
- Open Storage Explorer and see that your quick access are present.
- Click File --> New Windows.
- Wait for the new window to open.
- The new window does not show any items inside Quick Access.
Expected Experience:
Quick Access should be populated in new window.
Actual Experience:
Quick Access in new window is empty
