Steps to Reproduce
- Expand one storage account -> Blob Containers.
- Create a blob container -> Right click the blob container -> Click 'Manage Access Policies...'.
- Add two access policies with the same ID.
- There is an error message and the 'Save' button is disabled.
- Change the ID of the first access policy.
- Check whether the error message disappears and the 'Save' button is enabled.
