Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Storage Explorer -> Open 'Settings' -> 'Application -> Regional Settings'.
- Select 'Français' -> Restart Storage Explorer.
- Expand one storage account -> Tables.
- Create a table -> Add an entity.
- Right click the entity -> The context menu displays.
- Check whether the string 'Duplicate...' is localized.

The string 'Duplicate...' is not localized.
