Repro Steps:

1. Please do not close this bug. This bug should only be closed by TCS, C+AI Accessibility tester after verification of the fix.
2. Launch Azure Tools Storage Explorer.
3. Sign in to Azure.
4. Tab to 'Explorer' pane tree view.
5. Navigate to any of the file inside "Blob Containers"
6. Tab to 'properties' tab.
7. Turn on voiceover and observe.

Actual:

The user is able to tab through non interactive edit field associated with 'Properties' tab.

Expected:

The user should not be able to tab through non interactive edit field associated with 'Properties' tab.

User Impact:

Keyboard users will think that focusable elements contain some feature when focus moves there using keyboard tab keys.

Attachment:

Start by reproducing the issue in Azure Storage Explorer's Blob Container Properties tab with VoiceOver and keyboard navigation. Trace the Properties tab UI from the desktop application entry point; done means non-interactive edit fields are no longer included in the tab sequence while usable controls remain reachable.
