Bug Description
Hi your window bar is not consistent with other VS code shell application

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Azure Storage Explorer
Actual Experience
System bar should match other applications
Expected Experience
I expect for alolo apps in the same shell to behave the same. Its more of a look and feel than functionality but since you are going down this road to have tools look similar to VS code which i like than you should standardize.
