Steps to Reproduce
- Expand one ADLS Gen2 storage account -> Blob Containers.
- Create a blob container -> Upload one .vhd file (4gb) as append blob.
- Click 'Refresh' when the blob starts to transfer.
- Check whether succeeds to transfer the append blob.
Expected Experience
Succeed to transfer the append blob.
Actual Experience
Fail to transfer the append blob.
