Description

While doing this, make sure we can easily add hidden settings that doesn't show up in the settings panel in the future. Currently hidden settings are manually managed by the settings panel so each time we add a hidden setting we need to update the settings panel. It should be refactored out to either Standalone or the settings' definitions.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the settings panel and the settings definitions, then trace how hidden settings are currently excluded. Done means hidden settings can be added without updating the panel manually and visible settings remain displayed correctly.
