The activity log and the actual behavior are inconsistent when deleting one folder which contains <no name> path

Steps to Reproduce

1. Expand one non-ADLS Gen2 storage account -> Blob Containers.
2. Create a blob container -> Create a folder with the default name.
3. Click 'Upload -> Upload Files...' -> Select one file -> Type a '/' next to the destination directory.
4. Click 'Upload' -> Back to the root -> Delete the folder.
5. Check whether the activity log and the delete result are consistent.

Expected Experience

The activity log and the delete result are consistent.

Actual Experience

1. Display '1 completed' in the activity log.
2. The folder still displays in the editor.
   

Additional Context

This issue has nothing to do with soft delete policy.

Reproduce the scenario in Azure Storage Explorer using a non-ADLS Gen2 blob container, a default-named folder, and an uploaded file whose destination includes '/'. Compare the delete result, activity log, and editor after deleting the folder; done means these consistently show whether the folder was deleted.
