Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Storage Explorer.
2. Open 'Settings' -> Application (Regional Settings) -> Select 'Español' -> Restart Storage Explorer.
3. Open one storage account -> Select one blob container -> Click 'Get Shared Access Policies...' -> Click 'Create'.
4. Hover over the localized button 'Copy' of the URI.
5. Check whether an extra '.' shows next to the tooltip.

No extra '.' shows next to the tooltip.

Additional Context

1. This issue doesn't reproduce for the localized tooltip of the 'Query string' in the Shared Access Signature dialog.
   
2. This issue also reproduces for the localized tooltip of the 'Query string' on Russian.
   
3. This issue also reproduces for one file share/ queue/ table.

Start by reproducing the Shared Access Signature dialog issue using the listed Spanish and Russian regional settings, then compare the localized Copy and Query string tooltips across blob containers, file shares, queues, and tables. Done means the localized Copy tooltip no longer displays an extra period, while the affected dialog flows still show the intended text.
