Description
It would be good to be able to drag and drop messages from Storage Queues into the list view.
It would be even better to be able to Move the messages from the queue onto a desktop, prompting when the drag drop is processed.
Steps to Reproduce:
Using: Storage Explorer: v 1.16.0
On: Windows 10
1. Drag Messsage(s) out of Storage Explorer Queue
Expected Experience:
- Message downloads
Actual Experience:
- Message doesn't download
2. Drag Messsage(s) into of Storage Explorer Queue
Expected Experience:
- Message uploads
- optionally presents a Move / Copy option
Actual Experience:
- Screen comes ip with a '+ Copy' Tooltip however Message doesn't upload

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in the Storage Queues window using Storage Explorer v1.16.0 on Windows 10. Verify the expected drag-out download and drag-in upload behavior, including the optional Move/Copy prompt; done means messages transfer correctly in the supported directions.
