Description
We should able to cut a file and paste file to another blob.
Instead I see the clone or copy the files that mean it doesn't provide a file to move to a another blob container.
In the older version I can able to cut and paste the files.

Research direction
Start by locating the Azure Storage Explorer command that currently clones or copies files between blob containers, then compare it with the cut-and-paste behavior available in the older version. Done means a file can be moved from one blob container to another without leaving the original copy.
