Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Storage Explorer.
- Open 'Settings' -> Application (Regional Settings) -> Select 'Deutsch' -> Restart Storage Explorer.
- Expand one GPV2 storage account -> Blob Containers.
- Open one blob container -> Click 'Upload' to open one upload dialog.
- Check the characters in the dropdown list of the 'Target Access Tier' option.
Expect Experience:
All characters are translated.
Actual Experience:
The character 'Archive' is not translated.
