Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Storage Explorer.
  2. Open 'Settings' -> Application (Regional Settings) -> Select 'Deutsch' -> Restart Storage Explorer.
  3. Expand one GPV2 storage account -> Blob Containers.
  4. Created one blob container -> Upload one block blob , one page blob and one append blob.
  5. Compare translations of the blob types on the editor and that in the upload dialog.

Expect Experience:
The translations of the blob types keep consistent between editor and upload dialog.

The translations of the blob types are inconsistent between editor and upload dialog.
