Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Storage Explorer.
- Open 'Settings' -> Application (Regional Settings) -> Select 'Deutsch' -> Restart Storage Explorer.
- Expand one GPV2 storage account -> Blob Containers.
- Created one blob container -> Upload one block blob , one page blob and one append blob.
- Compare translations of the blob types on the editor and that in the upload dialog.
