Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Storage Explorer.
- Open 'Settings' -> Application (Regional Settings) -> Select '中文(简体)' -> Restart Storage Explorer.
- Click localized 'Help' -> Click localized 'Reset'.
- Check the order of the options in the localized 'Reset Storage Explorer' dialog.
