Azure Storage Explorer does not display "List check box" and "Generate container-level shared access signature URI" when you select to "Get Shaerd Access Signature".

Bug Description

I can not select "List checkbox" and "Generate container-level shared access signature URI" when I get "Shaerd Access Signature".However, I could select "list checkbox" with using Web Interface (https://portal.azure.com).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose the your BLOB CONTAINERS. 2. Click the Right Button on mouse and select the "Get Shared Access Signature" 3. Pop up window desplayed, but you cannot select "List checkbox" in Permissions box and don't display "Generate container-level shared access signature URI check box". This is the screenshot. I can't select "List checkbox" and "Generate container-level shared access signature URI"

Reproduce the issue from the blob container context menu by opening Get Shared Access Signature on Windows 10 with Storage Explorer 1.14.0. Compare the Permissions options and generated URI controls with the expected Azure portal behavior; done means the List permission and container-level shared access signature URI option are available as described.
