Steps to reproduce:
- Expand one ADLS Gen2 storage account -> Blob Containers.
- Select one blob container -> Copy one empty folder.
- Paste the empty folder to another blob container.
- Check the result.
Expect Experience:
Keep a match behavior between activity log and editor.
Actual Experience:
- Display a successful activity log.

- No folder shows in editor.

- The folder doesn't show after refreshing manually.
- This issue also reproduces after uploading/downloading one empty ADLS Gen2 folder.
- This issue also reproduces for one file share.
- This issue also reproduces when uploading one empty folder to one regular blob container.
