Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Storage Explorer.
  2. Open 'Settings' -> Application (Regional Settings) -> Select '繁體中文' -> Restart Storage Explorer.
  3. Expand one Non-ADLS Gen2 storage account.
  4. Right click the Blob Containers node -> Click 'Configure Soft Delete Policy...'.
  5. Enter an invalid value in Retention days box then hover over the box.
  6. Check the prompt notification message.

Expect Experience:
The notification message is localized.
