Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Storage Explorer.
- Open 'Settings' -> Application (Regional Settings) -> Select '繁體中文' -> Restart Storage Explorer.
- Expand one Non-ADLS Gen2 storage account.
- Right click the Blob Containers node -> Click 'Configure Soft Delete Policy...'.
- Enter an invalid value in Retention days box then hover over the box.
- Check the prompt notification message.
