Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Migrating files off of S3 to Azure in a visual and user friendly fashion is always a pain.
Describe the solution you'd like
It sounds crazy, I know. But I think Storage Explorer should support the S3 protocol!
Describe alternatives you've considered
Everything really. All of which require a lot of extra work and tend to be unreliable or don't offer the same visibility as a file browser.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by scoping what supporting the S3 protocol in Storage Explorer would include, then define the migration workflow and visibility expected before implementation; completion would require a usable S3 file-browser experience.
