Steps to reproduce:
- Create one Classic account with premium performance in Portal.
- Open the account in Storage Explorer.
- Check the account name.
Expect Experience:
It is better to show 'Premium' next to the account name.
Actual Experience:
No 'Premium' shows next to the account name.
