Description

Right now when you right click the background where items are displayed, nothing occurs. This is non-intuitive since every other Windows app, like File Explorer, allows this. Common use of this is when you may want to Paste a file into the container. Right now you have to right-click an existing item or if the container is empty, the gray "No data available in this blob container" message.

Research direction

Start in the blob container view where right-click behavior for items, empty space, and the “No data available in this blob container” message is handled. Reproduce the issue in a container with items and an empty container, then verify that the background context menu appears and supports pasting a file.
