Research direction

Reproduce the warning from the Connect dialog by choosing “Attach to a local emulator” and entering an invalid Blob port after switching Regional Settings to Chinese. Trace the warning displayed on the port field and its localization resources; done means the warning is localized for zh-CN and zh-TW while invalid input still produces the warning.
