Description

Would add value if Storage Explorer could be launched targeting a specific blob uri location / path. For example, "StorageExplorer "https://xyz.blob.core.windows.net/abc/taskA/Logs". It seems to have some partial support for this when integrated/launched from Azure Portal, but not to start at a specific path.
This would be a productivity booster for scenarios where you are "exploring" a given storage account blob path.

Research direction

Start by tracing Storage Explorer's launch handling and the existing integration with Azure Portal, which the issue says has partial support for targeting blob locations. Define completion as launching Storage Explorer with a blob URI and opening directly at the specified storage account, container, and path. No files or tests are identified in the issue.
