Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Periodically, I receive access to new subscriptions under my organization. These new subscriptions are automatically added to my tree view (checked when looking at Account Management). However, I rarely ever use these new subscriptions, so seeing them suddenly pop up when I launch Storage Explorer is distracting.

Describe the solution you'd like
A setting that lets me enable/disable new subscriptions being automatically added to my tree view.

Describe alternatives you've considered
No alternatives. I have no choice in what happens to new subscriptions.

Research direction

Start by locating the Account Management and tree view code that handles newly available subscriptions, then trace how settings are stored and applied. Add a user-controlled setting for automatic subscription inclusion; done means new subscriptions follow the setting while existing tree selections remain usable.
