Research direction

Start in the connect dialog flow for “Use a shared access signature (SAS) URI” and reproduce the context-menu behavior in the URI textbox after creating a blob-container SAS. Compare the expected Paste action with the current empty menu; done means the Paste option appears on Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS as listed.
