Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When deploying storage accounts with some products (e.g. OSBA), I'm unable to manually name the storage account. This can make it hard to find the correct storage account in storage explorer when I want to view or edit data.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to see tags on the storage account in the explorer listing, at the very least in the properties pane, and ideally next to the resource name (and preferably searchable using the search box). I'm able to tag resources, but can't see those tags in storage explorer.

Research direction
Start by locating the storage account explorer listing, its properties pane, and the search box. Review how storage account metadata is loaded and displayed; done means tags are visible in the explorer, preferably beside the resource name, and can be found through search.
