Research direction

Reproduce the issue by adding a table from the Storage Emulator to Quick Access, stopping and restarting the emulator, and observing the item before and after refreshing Quick Access. Trace how Quick Access restores local table entries after restart; done means the table displays normally without requiring a manual refresh, while blob containers and queues remain unaffected.
