Description
It always fails to connect storage when turning on/off proxy, have to restart it and reset the proxy.
no matter which version it is, the version 1.7 is the worst, so replaced it with 1.62.
If adding a button to turn on/off proxy, it will be convenient.
hope it does not need to restart when switch back and forth.
is it possible to use ADFS for authentication

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Begin by reproducing the storage connection failure while switching the proxy, then determine the scope of proxy toggling and the separate ADFS authentication request. Done should mean the requested proxy behavior works without restarting, with the ADFS question resolved or explicitly separated.
