- Feature: Native OTLP Ingestion into Application insights (Preview feature)
Following the public preview announcement on March 24, 2026, for native OpenTelemetry Protocol (OTLP) signal ingestion, we are exploring this architecture to stream data vendor-neutrally into Application Insights / Log Analytics.
To plan for OTEL logging framework adaption, we need to understand the targeted General Availability (GA) timeline for this capability.
