Research direction

The report concerns Azure SQL Insight and SQL Server blocking, but it names no repository file, test, or entry point. First inspect the existing Azure Monitor workbook or query definitions for blocking insights; done would be a confirmed way to display the query causing a block, or a documented explanation that the capability is unavailable.
