Description
All releases after v2.3.321 seem to have a broken binaries build process, only source code is available.
I have tried to find if this was removed/deprecated but as the main page still points to /releases for them either the documentation is wrong, or the build process is broken.

Research direction
Start by comparing the GitHub releases before and after v2.3.321, then inspect the release and build configuration responsible for producing platform-specific binaries. Done means releases again contain the expected binaries, or the documentation is corrected if distribution was intentionally removed.
