Description

Tool: ALM Toolkit
Version: 5.1.20
Severity: Minor

The issue is basically that, if role retention is applied, the system doesn't remove the users assigned to the role (which is good). However it shows as if it would remove them during the update.

I tested the behaviour on one of our datasets so that I can check if 354 solved the previous removal issue and it worked but it was confusing because of the above behaviour explained.

Research direction

Start with the ALM Toolkit role-retention update flow and compare its behavior with issue #354. Reproduce the update on a dataset where role retention is applied; done means retained users remain assigned and the update no longer displays them as being removed.
