Description
Hi!
I can't install the ALM Toolkit anymore on my new machine. Even though I have aquired local admin rights I receive the following error:

It looks as if the file is not whitelisted? Could it be solved from the Toolkit's side or do I need to involve our local IT department?

Research direction
No repository file, test, or entry point is mentioned. Start by reviewing how the ALM Toolkit is packaged and installed, then determine whether the SmartScreen Defender block can be addressed by the toolkit or requires local IT whitelisting. Done means identifying the responsible side and documenting the resolution.
