Research direction

Start by locating the repository's handling of datetime formats and reviewing how card renderers interpret timezone information. Confirm which renderers and schema paths are affected before making changes. Done means a datetime without a timezone is accepted and displayed as the intended local date or time, with coverage for the supported cases.
