Test Environment:
URL: https://adaptivecards.io/
OS Version: Dev (OS Build 27695.1000)
Browser Version: Version 130.0.2849.1 (Official build) dev (64-bit)

Pre-Requisite:
Turn on the voice access through Settings> Accessibility> Speech> Turn on Voice access

Repro Steps:

  1. Open the above URL in the edge dev browser.
  2. Navigate to the 'Schema Explorer' option and press enter key to activate it.
  3. Press tab key and navigate to the 'Text Block'.
  4. Give command as 'Show Numbers' and observe the issue.

Actual Results:
Two number is appearing for all the links present at left hand side through 'Show Numbers' command of voice access.

Expected Result:
Two number should not appear for all the links present at left hand side through 'Show Numbers' command of voice access.

User Impact:
Person who uses voice access will get impacted as user will get confused and will have difficulty in interacting with the content.
