SDK Version

Application Name

Adaptive Cards

Problem Description

Test environment:
OS: Win11
OS Version: 24H2 (OS Build 26100.1)
URL:Adaptive Cards
Edge dev Browser version: 125.0.2506.0 (Official build) dev (64-bit)
Screen reader: Narrator.

Repro Steps:

  1. Open URL in the Edge browser & sign in with valid credentials.
  2. It will open the Adaptive cards home page
  3. Navigate and Activate the get started control
  4. It will play the video, activate the close button and observe the issue.

Actual Result:
The screen reader focus does not land on ‘watch video’ interactive control after closing ‘adaptive card video’.

Expected Result:
The screen reader focus should land on ‘watch video’ interactive control after closing ‘adaptive card video’

User Experience:
The screen reader users will face difficulty if the screen reader focus does not go to the expected control ‘watch video’ after the user closes the ‘adaptive card video’. This will cause confusion for the users, and they will need to do extra navigation to get to the desired location.
